Troubleshooting

  • Here are some of the common login issues, and how you can resolve them.

Your username and password are case-sensitive

When accessing your ZipWave TV account, it's crucial to remember that both your username and password are case-sensitive. This means that the system distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters. For instance, "User123" and "user123" would be recognized as different entries. Ensure you enter your credentials exactly as you set them up to avoid login issues.

    I don't know my username

Your ZipWave TV username is the one you used during the initial account setup. It might not necessarily be the same as your email address. If you're having trouble recalling your username, you can check any confirmation emails you received during registration. Search your email account for "ZipWave" to find your original confirmation. Alternatively, reach out to our friendly ZipWave TV Support Team for assistance. You can email support@zipwavetv.com to get help. Provide them with any relevant information that might assist in verifying your account, and they will guide you through the recovery process.

    I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, simply click "Log in" above, and follow the steps under "Forgot my password".

  • Here are some of the common streaming issues and you can resolve them.

    Ensuring a Stable Internet Connection

One common cause of streaming issues with ZipWave TV is an unstable internet connection. Make sure your device is connected to the internet and that the connection is strong and reliable. You can test this by visiting other websites or streaming services to see if they work smoothly. If your connection is slow or intermittent, consider restarting your router or contacting your internet service provider for assistance. If you are connected to a VPN or use content blockers on your router, this may also cause a degradation in streaming quality.

    Checking for Service Outages

Sometimes, streaming problems can be due to service outages on ZipWave TV's end. Visit the ZipWave TV social media channels to check if there are any reported issues or maintenance activities, or contact us to check if there is an issue. If there is an ongoing outage, you'll need to wait until the service is restored.

Things to try: clearing the app's cache

Clearing the cache and data of the ZipWave TV app can resolve many streaming issues. This process varies depending on your device. Generally, you can do this through the app settings on your device (excluding iPhone). After clearing the cache and data, restart the app and try streaming again.

    Updating Your App and Device
